The Role:

You will be working within a small team of Recruitment Consultants and focussing on a variety of different assignments on a week by week basis. You will identify potential candidates who may be active in the marketplace who may not be visible through public information.

You will be required to utilise the correct volume and balance of phone and internet research methodologies to provide solutions to client recruitment and market research. You will also be report writing to document all findings and assignment progress.

This is a busy role and you will often be involved in the management of multiple assignments and so time management, prioritisation and organisation skills are essential to the role.

Skills and Experience:

- Ideally degree qualified or equivalent

- You will have an understanding of recruitment processes and proceedures

- You will have strong communication skills

- You will be professional and personable with an exceptional telephone manner, able to gain people's trust and put them at ease.
