The Financial/Audit Systems Analyst will be responsible for the administration and end user support of the Finance Information Systems. Provides project management, analysis, testing and implementation support for Audit projects including upgrades and enhancements. Provides general and technical support of the procurement, payroll, and time accrual modules and other financial applications. The Financial Systems Analyst acts as a liaison between the end-users (customers) and the Development department in resolving technical issues related to Audit management software. Generates queries, develops reports, ensures data integrity, performs systems maintenance, and provides routine audits as required.

Qualifications

Education & Experience
•Bachelor degree in Accounting, Business, Finance, Computer Science or other related area
•Experience in support, training, and analysis of a fully integrated system or other financial system software.

OR
•Equivalent combination of education, training, and professional experience within Audit that provides the individual with the skills and abilities to perform the job.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
•Ability and willingness to travel worldwide in order to deliver hands on expertise in Audit software
•Advanced understanding of Audit and Finance.
•Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization, particularly executive levels of management.
•Ability to provide positive end-user support across a global end-users.
•Ability to develop and deliver training programs for financial applications.
•Ability to identify, document and develop new processes that produce positive contributions to the business
•Must be able to multi-task and provide close attention to detail while managing conflicting priorities.
•Ability to positively contribute to a team atmosphere and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
•Strong analytical and problem solving skills as demonstrated by the ability to identify the source of a problem and determine the appropriate solutions; resolve and prioritize sensitive problems.
•Demonstrated ability to independently and effectively organize and manage multiple projects with challenging timelines, resources, and budgets.
•Understanding of relational database concepts.
•Self-starter with the ability to take initiative.
•Ability to handle confidential data appropriately
