We are looking for one highly motivated, committed and organised Administration Assistant/Administrator/Legal Administrator to provide administrative support to our legal advisers and secretaries within the Leeds team.

Key responsibilities:
Provision of administrative support. Duties to include:
• File opening/closing
• Copying/scanning/faxing/printing
• Archiving
• Maintaining electronic and paper filing
• Room bookings
• Travel arrangements
• Requesting cheques/processing payments and expenses
• Creating online pro-formas
• Preparing bundles
• Ad hoc requests

Skills and experience:
The successful candidate must possess the following skills;
