Reporting to the Secretarial Resources Manager and the Secretarial Co-ordinator for the Litigation and Commercial Services Divisions, the role delivers administration services to partners, fee earners and secretaries by providing assistance with a range of administrative tasks including scanning, filing, opening and closing matters, photocopying and archiving.

Any successful applicant will need the following skills:

• A knowledge of IT skills including Windows, Outlook and Excel
• Good communication skills
• Flexible and adaptable approach
• Be able to utilise the firm’s resources effectively e.g. WP, Travel Centre and Helpdesks

In addition, successful applicants will need the following attributes:

• A commitment to the firm’s success and to your own personal growth and development
• Ambition and a keenness to learn
• Proven team player , who will play a positive and proactive role within the team
• Have an open and honest approach
