This is a great opportunity to join a fast growing business in a role which will combine hands on administration, supporting our operations and a high level of customer engagement. The chosen candidate will provide assistance on a range of legal work and operational issues, getting to know our customers, legal team, reporting requirements and processes.

Successful candidates for this position will work well individually and as part of a team and will demonstrate our values daily. They will be analytical, enthusiastic, comfortable working with all levels of seniority and possess a strong work ethic. They will demonstrate the highest quality of customer service and be proactive in helping our business grow and move forwards.

Key responsibilities:

• administrative support to members of the legal team and management, including travel, room bookings, holidays, expenses, drafting, proof reading and editing documents/emails

• monitoring client service levels and ensuring team deliver against these measures

• attendance at client meetings, reporting on progress

• involvement in the sales lifecycle, demonstrating our capabilities and approach

• liaising effectively with all areas of the business to ensure a high standard of customer experience in all aspects of our service

Skills and experience:

• highly organised and disciplined with the ability to manage both administrative duties and client requirements

• an aptitude for producing documents and client communications of the highest standard

• an articulate communicator, by e-mail, telephone and in person

• an ability to work flexibly to deadlines and respond positively to changing requirements

• a good level of IT literacy with the ability to understand our systems and communicate our capabilities effectively

• ability to analyse and interpret complex data in order to draw conclusions and assign actions

• an interest in/experience of the legal industry/operational management as a service provider

• an interest in/experience of client/relationship management, leading in to account management

• excellent attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in all client communications and deliverables

• an aptitude for/experience of using IT systems to generate reports, formatting and editing as required

• an aptitude for/experience of working in an SLA - driven environment, helping to ensure the right behaviours and actions in order to exceed agreed measures
