Due to our continued expansion, we are at present seeking an IT Support and Report Development Tester.

Within this role you will be instrumental in providing customer support and in the report project lifecycle working closely with Service Managers and Report Developers.

JOB FUNCTIONS:

The Support and Report Development Tester assists in handling first line support queries ad undertakes the testing function of the report development process for new and existing reports.

Responsibilities:

Understanding the client report requirements

Creating various testing scenarios

Generate specified reports, review and raise any queries / issues

Provide a weekly update on report progress

Liaise with internal staff

Meet scheduled delivery dates for the client

Handling first line support queries

Skills / Abilities:

Ability to adapt to new software knowledge

Very detail oriented

Must possess good verbal and written communication skills

Ability to multi-task while maintaining attention to detail

Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team

Ability to prioritize workload, perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Excellent PC skills including fluency in Word, Excel and Outlook

Desirable:

Experience of report testing would be useful

Experience of customer service would be advantageous
